Gorgeous New Listing Just Minutes from MIA Airport

This property is really nice but not quite what is listed and the photos are a little misleading. Contact with the host was exceptional and all questions or concerns were addressed within 30 minutes or less. If you're going on a cruise vacation the location is excellent not only for the port but multiple restaurants and coffee shops. Now for the unpleasant part. If you're using the main house its excellent, the walls are a little dirty because its an older house with a flat white interior. Everything is provided and clean. The garage conversion is a different story. It has moisture issues and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, it also uses a window unit to cool it that is not strong enough. I reported the concerns to the host and truly believe they will be addressed.

Beautiful cozy Miami home. We stayed one night before our cruise and the house was perfect for all of us. Cozy, clean, great location and the host was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Overall everything was great. The only thing that may be an issue if you’re staying more than 2 nights may be that there was only about 8 bath towels. So you will need to wash and dry them everyday if you have a party of 8. Also, the room that’s in the garage was a little warm. The rest of the house was nice and cold. 3 cars fit in the drive way with out blocking the sidewalk. You can also park on the grass between the sidewalk and the road. It was about 20 min from the Kaseya Center and on the backside of the airport. Great location. It was very clean and the beds/pillow were very comfortable. Would stay here again if given the opportunity.
